We are in need of volunteers for "The Rink" season.

This would be a great opportunity for individuals, businesses, organizations, friend groups, students and families to volunteer around the holiday season!

(Passes will be issued one per volunteer shift; if you are splitting your shift with someone else, there will only be ONE pass given)

Fundraising Opportunity

To show support for our county’s non-profit organizations, we want to offer a fundraising opportunity during The Rink season.  We will have a Pepsi concession trailer on site.  We are offering an opportunity for non-profit organizations to staff the concession stand and on the shifts they do so, they will receive 50% of the profits made from concessions that shift.  We think this is a great way for our non-profits to raise awareness for their organization, while also generating funds and helping ABC out with volunteer needs. 

Organizations can sign up by clicking the button below to be taken to a Google booking page to select a shift. There is one calendar for Thursdays/Fridays/Sundays and a separate one for Saturdays. This is because the shift durations are different. To remain fair, please only choose one shift right now.  Once we give everyone an opportunity, if there are shifts left over, organizations can sign up for additional shifts. 

Once an organization is signed up, they will receive an email confirmation.  ABC will touch base with specific details once we get closer to the season.  The number of people needed will vary depending on the day of week, with weekends needing more.  We anticipate two being the minimum number of people needed at one time.  Organizations are more than welcome to split up the shifts into smaller chunks and have multiple people working throughout the day/evening.  We just ask that your organization covers the entire time you are signed up for.
